This conference will explore different present and future missions and instruments for finding and characterization of exo-planets: NASA TESS space satellite, which has been in operation for more than a year now; the next big space mission PLATO; the two spectographs CARMENES and ESPRESSO; and NGTS -- a ground-based planet-search project. Talks will also be devoted to the analysis of exo-planet data, including approaches that apply deep learning, machine learning, and sparse recovery technique, to name but a few, for radical velocity data analysis.
