Reimbursement Information
IIAS provides reimbursements according to the amounts allotted to each individual as specified in your letter of invitation/acceptance.
Reimbursement requests will only be processed upon the submission of all necessary documents (detailed below).
Original documents must be submitted in English.
Reimbursements will only be made to the individual/organization that made the original payment.
IIAS cannot reimburse for any expenses outside of Israel.
Please allow up to two months for processing.

a. The registration fees for the school are as follows:

Participant affiliated with an Israeli institution: 300₪
Participant affiliated with an insitution abroad: 150$

The registration fee covers lunches, coffee breaks, activities and excursions. Once you have been accepted to attend the school, you will receive information on how to make the payment. (If health regulations do not allow for the school to take place, the school will be cancelled and your cancellation fee will be fully refunded.)

b. Hotel accommodation can be arranged at a cost of $70 per night per person for up to 5 nights (22/06/2024 - 27/06/2024) at the Prima Park Hotel (a 10-minutes walk from the IIAS). The accommodation is in a shared room, and breakfast is included.

c. Participants will make their own travel arrangements.

d. Limited financial support will be available for participants that cannot obtain support from their own institution, based on excellence and need.
