Gur Yaari is a Professor in the Faculty of Engineering at Bar-Ilan University. His research interest is developing computational and statistical tools to analyze high-throughput biological data. The main focus of Gur's research is in studying the adaptive immune system from a system perspective. In particular, Gur is interested in understanding lymphocyte repertoire dynamics in healthy individuals as well as in illness states such as infections, autoimmune diseases, aging and cancer.
