A one-day meeting bringing together Israel’s yeast research community to explore how budding yeast senses, adapts to, and survives cellular stress - spanning genome stability, metabolism, drug-resistance, evolution, systems biology, and more. Co-organized by Prof. Maya Schuldiner and Prof. Ayelet Arbel-Eden, the program features invited talks and student lightning talks, with time for open discussion and community building.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, at the IIAS Lecture Hall, Feldman Building, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Edmond J. Safra Campus, Givat Ram, Jerusalem.
