a. There is a registration fee of $350 (NIS 400 for Israeli students), which covers hot lunches, coffee breaks, activities and excursions such as a school dinner and touring day trips.

b. Hotel accommodation can be arranged at a cost of $62 per night per person for up to 11 nights (December 29 – January 9) at the Prima Park Hotel (a 15-minute walk from the IIAS). The accommodation is in a shared room, and breakfast is included.

c. Participants will make their own travel arrangements.

d. Limited financial support will be available for participants that cannot obtain support from their own institution, based on excellence and need.
