Barak Or is the coordinator and research assistant for the "Behavioral Ethics Meets Corporate Governance: Paradigm Shift?" group. Barak is a rising 3L law student. He is also enrolled in the MBA program at the Hebrew University, specializing in finance. His research areas include commercial law, corporate governance and finance.
