Professor Dafna Langgut is a Lecturer at the Department of Archaeology and Ancient Near Eastern Cultures at Tel Aviv University and Head of the Laboratory of Archaeobotany and Ancient Environments, Institute of Archaeology, and The Steinhardt Museum of Natural History.
