Tatjana Hörnle is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, Humboldt University of Berlin. Her research interests are criminal law, legal philosophy and comparative criminal law, with a focus on sexual criminal law, theories of punishment, law in multicultural societies, sanctions, sentencing, and dignity in criminal law and bioethics.
